Go to the operating airline’s website, open “Manage Booking” (sometimes “My Trips”), and enter the PNR with the passenger surname exactly as on the passport. Your itinerary appears with the route, dates and flight number, plus a status code. A status of HK means the segment is confirmed and genuinely held.
